I have to say we too have really ‘downsized’ our dream since living in our camper. The realisation of how little space we actually need/use coupled with saving money and the environment totally made us rethink everything. The idea of using a shampoo bar is really starting to grow on me. And you bring up a great point about traveling; you wouldn’t have to worry about the shampoo dribbling out in your suitcase, or hauling the bottles across the country.

And the fact that shampoo bars use minimal packaging is especially appealing. I’m definitely going to try one out!

I absolutely love it! It’s a really giant square of soap and the ingredients are all stuff I recognize. It’s only $5 for a 1 pound bar and it lasts a very long time. You can also use it on your body, which is great when traveling!

To use, I just rub the bar over my head. I do find that I need a conditioner afterward.
