There's a printable shipping label attached they say you MUST use or it won't get to the right place. They told me they do plan to recycle all of the bottles that are returned to them.
What a mess!

I just got the email back from SIGG allowing me to return my old bottle. I know; I went to the website looking for instructions, and got frustrated myself. Why couldn't they just put the mailing address up there?
I wrote the company yesterday and asked them the same question: what are they doing with all the Siggs?
They haven't written me back yet, but I'll keep you updated on what they say.

EcoYogini,

I know; I went to the website looking for instructions, and got frustrated myself. However, I can't help but be frustrated that the company didn't provide this information to consumers in the first place- what are they going to do with all the sent bottles? recycle them I hope! When I bought my water bottle, it was with the concept that I wouldn't have to replace it for years... decreasing waste. Sending in a SIGG bottle for a replacement (which will be shipped from where?) doesn't help my "decrease waste" goal.
Although it is fantastic that they will replace BPA bottles, I'm honestly not sure I could trust the company any longer.

That’s great that they are offering to replace them for free!<br
