Eco Canteen Product Review
Post-Publication Update: Since publishing this review I have received several comments from readers who have not had a positive experience with Eco Canteen.

While it seems that the canteen itself is a great product, the company, and their customer service, is not good. Eco Canteen has been reported to several watchdog groups for their shady customer service and upselling tactics.
I’m leaving this page up as a service to readers, but I strongly suggest you do not buy from this company.

I agree, do not even visit their site. IF you go past the first page, you bought it, want it or not.
Legitimate businesses, give you one final time to validate the order or cancel it. As soon as you put your information in, they got you. You have no option other than to add items to the order. You bougght it and even if you cancel the connection and don’t go through all the upsells to get more money, I just take the order without giving you a chance to change or cancel.
I also got ripped off from Eco Canteen. I placed an order on June 22 and cancelled on June 23 with Trish. Also chatted with them and they hung up on me. They don’t know the English language very well. the bottles were received over 4 weeks later (from China probably). Now I’m stuck with $170 for 6 bottles. They don’t charge for the item; instead they charge $7 shipping per item. When you return them, they don’t refund shipping so in essence you pay $50 for a bottle and they refund $9.99. What a rip off company. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
